A public debate organized by SeedingLab Unisinos
Facebook event at this link.

Event overview
“Design and Citizenship in Urban Space” is the second event of the cycle Design for Democracy organized by SeedingLab in response to the call of Ezio Manzini and Victor Margolin titled Stand Up for Democracy.

The purpose of the event is to discuss different design practices – design, architecture, etc. – and how they contribute to the promotion of citizenship in the urban context; how they contribute to politicized action and the building of a democratic space.

We invite the professor and researcher Eber Marzulo from PROPUR / UFRGS and the architects Paola Maia and Taiane Beduschi from AH! Human Architecture, to present their work or research and also to warm up a conversation among all who are present. So bring your questions, your taunts, your examples …

Enriching the program, we will have the photographic exhibition of Leonardo Savaris with a look at the Senegalese immigration in the RS and the presentation of an excerpt from the musical show “Aláfia – Caminhos e Encruzilhadas” by Bruno Amaral and Lucas Carvalho.
